Spring Strength Training

Coach Katie and Coach Derr have coordinated to offer the girls strength training on Monday’s and Thursday’s from 4 – 5 pm starting on March 19th.  There will be an informational meeting in the High School weight room on Friday, March 16th, from 4 – 4:45 pm.  Any player in grades 6 through 11 who intends to come out for the team next season is welcome.
